Good afternoon, central and northern regions have been seeing heavier showers, but now southern regions will need to brace for showers today into Saturday. <br /><br /> Chungcheong-do Province and the northern parts of the Jeolla-do and Gyeongsang-do provinces could see 50 to 150 millimeters of rain, while southern coastal regions could see more than 200 millimeters of showers with heavy rain alerts. <br /><br /> Daily highs in most parts will be 29 degrees Celsius while summer heat continues on Jeju Island with a heatwave advisory. <br /><br /> Seoul and other northern regions will finally enjoy mostly sunny skies into the weekend, while southern provinces will see showers on Saturday and Jeju will have a rainy weekend.
