A thirty-meter-wide sinkhole appeared early Friday morning in the Geumcheon-gu District of Seoul, causing an apartment to tilt.<br /> One apartment near the hole tilted by about five degrees.... after the hole appeared on a road nearby,... and about 2-hundred local residents had to be evacuated. <br />The sinkhole is about 30 meters by 10 meters,... and is roughly six meters deep.<br />The Fire Department says.... that heavy rain may have weakened the ground, causing the hole to appear.<br />Over 1-hundred-48 millimeters of rain had fallen on the area between midnight Monday... and 6 a.m. Friday. <br />
