<br /> According to SFGate, one of MoviePass’s Board of Directors has resigned.<br />In a letter dated Aug 25, Carl J. Schramm resigned, saying that the ticketing company withheld important financial information and made decisions without the board’s input.<br />The announcement comes as MoviePass is increasingly being criticized for its dealings with its subscribers and posting poor quarterly earnings. <br />
