<br /> <p>The Texas Department of Public Safety has released footage of Austin serial bomber Mark Conditt, which shows him being chased by officers – and his SUV exploding when the officers were closing in.</p><p>In the aerial footage, as the SUV exploded, an officer says, “Got an explosion. Got an explosion inside the vehicle.”</p><p>The video was released on August 31, five months after the 23-year-old Conditt blew himself up inside the vehicle along an interstate highway in Round Rock, near Austin, Texas, on March 21.</p><p>In March, police identified</a> Conditt, a resident of Pflugerville, Texas, as the suspect in a series of package bombings in the Austin area throughout the month, which killed two people and injured five.
