<p>Some 1,800 residents were temporarily evacuated from near the town of Vohburg, in Bavaria, early on Saturday, September 1, when a fire broke out at an oil refinery, causing an explosion.</p><p>Deutsche Welle said</a> several people were hospitalized.</p><p>The fire was under control by around midday, police said.</p><p>Norman Schwarz, who shot this video, said it was “very close” to his home.
