A writer for Business Insider named Avery Hartmans cracked her phone screen, and while it was getting fixed decided to test out the iPhone 8 plus. She discovered that didn't actually like the upgrade and that the supposed "gorgeous, flawless device" had flaws. She wrote that it was too big, too heavy, and not having a headphone jack was inconvenient. She also didn't like the fact that the home button wasn't actually a button. <br />
