The second regular session of the National Assembly since the inauguration of the Moon Jae-in administration in May 2017 will open today for 100 days. <br /> There's a packed schedule including speeches by political party representatives, government questioning sessions and inspections as well as the president's speech on next year's budget. <br />Lawmakers are also likely to engage in some fierce debates on the government's budget proposal of 420 billion U.S. dollars for 2019. <br />Other issues include the ratification of the Panmunjum Declaration. <br />
