MCA has a fleet of five 'war trucks' which serves as mobile stages for their Balakong by-election campaign.<br /><br />The by-election will witness a straight fight between MCA candidate Tan Chee Teong, and Pakatan Harapan (PH) candidate Wong Siew Ki, from DAP.<br /><br />The Election Commission has set a 21-day campaign period for the state seat by-election, which has been fixed for Sept 8.<br />
