통일부 "北, 9•9절 열병식 준비…南에 사절단 요청 없어"<br /><br /> Staying with North Korea's Foundation Day celebrations.<br />Pyongyang has not extended an invitation to a South Korean delegation.<br /> Several foreign delegations from countries friendly to the communist state have been invited to the number of major celebratory events on September 9th.<br />But according to Seoul's Unification Ministry South Korea is not among them.<br />The ministry's spokesperson added the opening of the Inter-Korean joint liaison office is expected to be scheduled after the nation's special delegation visits North Korea on Wednesday. <br />
