North Korea's Foundation Day celebrations are coming up in a few days.<br />And it's being reported that Pyongyang has not extended an invitation to South Korea.<br /> Several foreign delegations from countries friendly to the communist state have been invited to the number of major celebratory events on September 9th.<br />But according to Seoul's Unification Ministry South Korea is not among them.<br />The ministry's spokesperson added the opening of the Inter-Korean joint liaison office is expected to be scheduled after President Moon's special delegation visits North Korea on Wednesday. <br />
