Heavy rain lashed parts of South Korea again on Monday and into this morning.<br />Flooding is being reported across Chungcheongbuk-do Province, one of the hardest-hit areas.<br /> The province was lashed by over 165 millimeters of rain overnight.<br />Houses, road, stores and a factory were inundated by rain water.<br />The weather agency is forecasting 50 millimeters more rain to hit the province on Tuesday. <br />
