<p>Rural New South Wales resident Jenny Fraser danced gleefully in the rain on Monday, September 3, when her paddocks in Caroona were finally blessed with some wet weather.</p><p>Fraser told Storyful she had been affected terribly by the drought and was struggling to source feed for her horses. “They stand on dirt, [they] have nothing in their paddocks, it’s terrible,” she said.</p><p>Fraser said she lived on a cattle farm with farmers, who were struggling immensely. “They have never seen a drought like it before in their 60 years of living there,” she said.</p><p>Caroona received 19 mm of rain on Monday and continued to see rainfall on Tuesday</a>, according to World Weather Online</a>.
