According to Reuters, the UN's High Commissioner for Human Rights called for the release of two jailed journalists.<br />Commissioner Michelle Bachelet said the journalists' convictions followed a legal process that breached international standards.<br />Bachelet added that the convictions also sent a message that journalists cannot operate fearlessly in Myanmar, and must consider censoring their reporting or face prosecution. <br />
