Debris and fallen trees litter the streets of Osaka hours after Typhoon Jebi made landfall in Japan.<br /><br />"Two and a half hours after Typhoon Jebi landed in Osaka. Trees down, ceilings were blown, debris everywhere," the filmer writes.<br /><br />Footage captured this morning (September 4) shows foliage and parts of buildings in the middle of abandoned roads in Japan's second-biggest city.<br /><br />The powerful storm is believed to be the strongest in Japan in 25 years.<br /><br />Up to 300,000 people were advised to evacuate as cities such as Osaka and Kyoto come under threat from the typhoon.
