Demi Lovato's Alleged Drug Dealer Won't Be Charged 31-year-old Brandon Johnson admitted to giving Demi Lovato
the drugs that may have caused her
overdose in July. It isn't likely that Johnson will be investigated
by the LAPD since Lovato's overdose was considered a
medical emergency,
not a crime. Last week, Johnson explained what allegedly happened the night of
Lovato's overdose. Brandon Johnson, via 'Page Six' Johnson said that they both freebased
oxycodone but denied selling the singer drugs. Johnson also admitted,
"I'm not sure what
was mixed in, to tell
you the truth." Some reports suggested that Lovato
might have used a combination of drugs
and alcohol throughout the course of the night. Lovato was released
from Cedars-Sinai
Medical Center in
L.A. two weeks later. She is currently
still in rehab.
