Silicon Valley companies are known for their extreme transparency.<br /><br />Business Insider reports that Tesla CEO Elon Musk has an open inbox policy. <br /><br />Musk invites the whole organization to e-mail other managers directly with their feedback, including himself.<br /><br />Tesla is open to communication lines to all levels of management.
