<br /> According to The Wrap, Kevin Spacey will not face charges from sexual assault accusations stemming from 1992.<br />The Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Office stated the allegation was outside the statute of limitations.<br />The DA's office announced they were investigating another case of sexual assault involving Spacey last month, but the case was brought to the DA in April.<br />Paperwork from the DA's office indicated the victim of sexual assault was male. <br />
