일본 오사카 간사이 공항 고립된 5000명 이동 중<br /><br /> Over in Japan, thousands are being evacuated from Kansai International Airport after being stranded when the region was hit by a strong typhoon. <br /> The Japan Times reported Wednesday that high-speed boats are being used to transport some 5-thousand people from the area to the nearby Kobe airport. <br />They've been stranded over there for a day, after the strong winds and high waves of Typhoon Jebi caused a tanker to crash into the only bridge connecting the airport to the mainland.<br />11 crewmembers were hurt in the accident. <br />The tanker was towed away early Wednesday, but due to the blackout and heavy flooding, the airport will be closed temporarily. <br /> The natural disaster took at least 9 lives injured hundreds.<br />According to South Korea's foreign ministry, one Korean national has been lightly wounded. <br />The damage could have a large economic impact as the airport is an important hub for Japanese exports. <br />
