A man smokes a drug pipe on a London doubledecker bus at 9:30 am. <br /><br />A morning commuter filmed the shocking scene near Old Ford Road in Hackney on his way to work.<br /><br />The video shows the man sat in front of the male smoking quickly getting up and moving away as he smokes.<br /><br />"On my way into work in Hackney, London at 9:30 am, a man was sat on the top deck of the bus casually packing his crack pipe," said the filmer. <br /><br />"All of a sudden [he] pulls out his lighter and smokes it whilst everyone else keeps their eyes forward and doesn't say a word."
