A powerful magnitude six-point-seven earthquake has hit the Japanese island of Hokkaido.<br /> The U.S. Geological Survey said Thursday's tremor struck just over 60 kilometers southeast of the city of Sapporo at a depth of 33 kilometers.<br />No tsunami warning was issued.<br />At a press conference, Chief Cabinet Secretary Yoshihide Suga confirmed there have been 810 reported cases of landslides or damage to buildings but said nuclear facilities are unaffected.<br />Japanese broadcaster NHK reported 10 people have been hospitalized,... one in a serious condition. <br />
