Do give it a try and share your feedback in the comments below.<br /><br />Ingredients:<br />For Marination<br />1 kg Chicken<br />1 tbsp Ginger Paste<br />1 tbsp Garlic Paste<br />1 tbsp Red Chilli Powder<br />1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder<br />Salt to taste<br />1/4 tsp Pepper Powder<br />1 tbsp Vinegar<br /><br />For Gravy<br />4 Onions, sliced<br />3-4 tbsp Ghee<br />1 tsp Ginger paste<br />1 tsp Garlic paste<br />1 tsp Garam Masala powder<br />1 tsp Fennel seed powder<br />1/4 tsp Pepper powder<br />1 tbsp Red Chilli powder<br />2 Tomatoes, sliced<br />Water as required<br />Curry leaves for garnishing<br /><br />Method of preparation:<br />For Marination:<br />In a bowl of chicken add ginger paste, garlic paste, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, salt, pepper powder, vinegar, mix well and keep it aside for an hour.<br /><br />For Gravy<br />Heat a vessel, add ghee, once the ghee melts fry the onion in it.<br />Add ginger paste, garlic paste, fry it till the raw smell goes away.<br />Add garam masala, fennel seed powder, pepper powder, red chilli powder, fry them for few minutes.<br />Add tomatoes, and cook them till they are nice and soft.<br />Add water, marinated chicken, mix well, cook it for 15 minutes on medium flame.<br />Our Chicken is ready, garnish it with curry leaves and remove it on a serving plate.
