LONDON — British Prime Minister Theresa May has outlined how two Russian suspects smuggled Novichok poison into the UK as part of an assassination plot.<br /><br />May told British lawmakers Wednesday how Russian nationals traveled to the UK using the aliases Alexander Petrov and Ruslan Boshirov. Both have been charged in the attempted murders of ex-Russian spy Sergei Skirpal, and two others.<br /><br />The men managed are believed to have smuggled Novichok inside a perfume bottle, then traveled to the UK where authorities suspected the hatched the assassination plot.
