A driver damaged a temporary traffic light after he said he was made to wait for "too long."<br /><br />The bizarre video, filmed in Changde City in Hunan Province, southern China on September 5, shows the man running towards the traffic light in the middle of a road and pulling it to the ground.<br /><br />According to reports, the man was driving back home when he waited for two minutes at a red light. Local media reported that the man had complained about being held for too long at the lights.<br /><br />Police detained the man for five days and gave him a fine.
