Ambulances line up after near a Fifth Third Bank in downtown Cincinnati after two were killed and five injured in a shooting. <br /><br />The incident took place at 511 Walnut Street. <br /><br />City Councilman Chris Seelbach tweeted that one of those killed was the the shooter. But fatalities could rise. "The number of victims may increase to five," he said.<br /><br />One witness told The Cincinnati Enquirer that he heard as many as 15 shots. Leonard Cain said a woman was entering the bank with headphones on and people tried to get her attention, but to no avail. <br /><br />"She walked in the door and he shot her," Cain told The Enquirer.
