<p>A “monster” alligator was seen wandering across a golf course on the MacDill Air Force Base in Tampa, Florida, on August 31.</p><p>Local media</a> reported that the gator had been previously seen in the area and had been nicknamed ‘Elvis’.</p><p>In this footage, the two golfers can be heard exclaiming their awe at the beast that one of them estimated was 12 feet long.</p><p>US Marine Corps Gunnery Sergeant Jake Sherrock told ABC</a> that it was “just shocking to see something that big and that old” lurking around Bay Palms Golf Course.
