<br /> According to Reuters, New York’s attorney general issued civil subpoenas to every Roman Catholic dioceses in the state.<br />The subpoenas are part of a civil investigation into how the eight dioceses reviewed allegations of sexual abuse of minors, and if they covered up those allegations.<br />Last month, New York's attorney general reached out to partner with district attorneys for the investigation, because they are required to convene grand juries in the state. <br />
