Shelves at stores in Hokkaido are still empty after a powerful earthquake hit Japan's north on September 6.<br /><br />The 6.7 magnitude earthquake killed at least 35 people and left more than 400 injured.<br /><br />Rescue workers, including armed forces, are still searching for survivors. <br /><br />This earthquake is the latest in a series of natural disasters that have hit the country, after multiple deaths caused by typhoon Jebi, flooding, and heatwaves this summer.
