Civic groups from South and North Korea have agreed to host a joint event in late October at the North's Mount Kumgang,... in hopes of restarting tours at the site.<br /> The South Korean Council for Reconciliation and Cooperation said Sunday... that the event had been proposed last Tuesday by its North Korean counterpart.<br />The two sides will sort out the exact date and size of the event through an exchange of documents.<br />In the past, these events have included cultural performances and sports exchanges.<br />Though it's not clear yet what kind this one will be,... it will be the first time in ten years since 2008, these groups have put one on. <br />
