Macklemore, who has battled with <br />his own addictions in the past, paid <br />homage to Miller on Instagram on Sep. 8. Macklemore, <br />via Instagram Macklemore went on to implore <br />fans battling addiction to seek help. Macklemore, <br />via Instagram Macklemore overcame <br />drug and alcohol <br />addiction in 2008 <br />after entering rehab. He also spoke of his addiction <br />in the 2016 documentary, <br />Prescription For Change: <br />Ending America's Opioid Crisis. Macklemore gave praise to Miller as <br />"A true artist. <br />Your spirit is <br />what impressed <br />me the most."
