President Moon Jae-in is to review the bill on ratifying the Panmunjom Declaration during today's Cabinet meeting -- before sending it to the National Assembly for approval. <br /> The goal is to have the bill ratified BEFORE next week's inter-Korean summit to give extra momentum to the ongoing denuclearization drive.<br />The bill and the cost of implementing the declaration is expected to be sent to lawmakers once the Cabinet meeting is over.<br /> Rival parties,... however, previously agreed to put the Panmunjom Declaration up for a vote AFTER next week's summit -- reasoning that the ratification can wait until further progress is made on the regime's denuclearization. <br />
