<p>Watsonville Police Department has released</a> surveillance footage that shows an arson attack on a Planned Parenthood clinic on July 20. The FBI announced a $10,000 reward on Monday for information that will lead to the suspect’s arrest.</p><p>The suspect set the fire at the Planned Parenthood clinic in Watsonville, California, at around 4 am on July 20. The blaze smoldered for about three hours until someone noticed smoke coming from the building and called 911, the police department said on September 7.</p><p>The fire reportedly caused moderate damage to the building.
