Three-year-old Lilac managed to climb the stairs for the first time ever after having life-changing spinal surgery in April this year.<br /><br />Lilac Jackson suffers from Spastic Diplegia Cerebral Palsy that caused her to never be able to walk.<br /><br />In the clip, filmed September 9 in Gloucestershire, Lilac can be seen defying the odds and taking her first steps up the stairs with the help of a bannister. <br /><br />“This is Lilac at home, climbing stairs for the first time all by herself after her Daddy adapted the staircase. Next stop - Everest!” Said Leila, Lilac’s mum.
