South Korea's Prime Minister Lee Nak-yon, now in Vladivostok to attend the Eastern Economic Forum, is set for talks with Russian President Vladimir Putin in the coming hours.<br /> Officials say Lee will discuss ways to implement what was agreed in June between President Moon Jae-in and Putin, which includes efforts to establish permanent peace and denuclearization on the Korean Peninsula.<br />The PM is likely to emphasize the proposed "nine bridges" of bilateral cooperation, including gas, railway and shipbuilding.<br />Lee is also scheduled to deliver a keynote speech at the forum this afternoon, and put forth the result and the future direction of Seoul's New Northern Policy. <br />
