According to Reuters, US stocks rose during afternoon trading on Sept. 11th.<br />After a slow start on Wall Street, tech and energy stocks jumped, leading to gains for the top three indexes.<br />The Dow Jones Industrial Average rose almost 134-points, to 25,991.<br />Helped by a 2-percent jump for Apple and other tech stocks, the S&P 500 gained 13-points, while the Nasdaq Composite added 47-points. <br />
