According to Reuters, US stocks are up, led by a rally in tech and energy stocks.<br />Apple rose about 2-percent, which boosted the three indexes on the New York Stock Exchange.<br />But the S&P's tech sector jumped almost 1-percent, with the help of Microsoft and Facebook, which gained about 1.5-percent each.<br />The S&P 500's energy index was always trading up by 1.3-percent after oil prices rose.<br />By noon, 8 of the S&P's 11 major indexes were trading up, while the overall index gained 13-points. <br />
