Tension is high in Arabal after bandits attacked a group of internally displaced persons who were relocating back to their homes after fleeing the area following sporadic attacks in parts of Baringo South.<br /><br />Area leaders have termed the recent attacks as setbacks to their efforts in dealing with banditry among the communities in the area.<br /><br />
