This sweet recipe needs less effort, ingredients and time Do give it a try and share your feedback in the comments below.<br /><br />Ingredients:-<br />1/2 cup Sugar<br />1/4 cup Water<br />1 cup Cashew powder<br />Gulkand<br /><br />Method:-<br />Heat a vessel, add sugar, water, and make one string consistency syrup.<br />Add cashew powder, mix well, switch off the gas and spread it on the sides of the vessel.<br />Scrape out the mixture and make a dough of it.<br />Make 3 portions of the dough and roll it on a butter paper.<br />Apply the gulkand on it, roll another dough on it and cover the sides.<br />Apply gulkand on top and keep it aside for 10 minutes to set.<br />Sprinkle some cashews on it and roll it.<br />Cut the disc into pieces and place it on a tray.<br />OUr Gulkand Kaju Katli is ready.<br />
