The speaker of South Korea's National Assembly is calling on the two Koreas to hold talks between representatives of their respective parliaments.<br /> Moon Hee-sang says he will make the proposal in a letter to Choe Tae-bok -- the chairman of the North's Supreme People's Assembly.<br />The South Korean delegation attending next week's summit has agreed to deliver the letter on his behalf.<br />Senior members of the National Assembly, including the heads of every major party, were invited by President Moon Jae-in to accompany him for the summit, but none of them took him up on the offer. <br />
