A kayaker was paddling two miles offshore from the South Devon coast in England when he was surrounded by a pod of dolphins.<br /><br />The footage, captured on Monday (September 10), shows the dolphins breaching the surface around Rupert Kirkwood’s kayak.<br /><br />“A pod of about twenty common dolphins decided to escort me for five minutes, jumping and playing.<br /> <br /><br />“I think I've been accepted as one of the pod. Or are they after my tuna sandwiches?” Rupert said later online.
