Our top story this morning...<br />The inter-Korean liaison office, which allows 24/7 communication between South and North Korea,... opens today in the North Korean border town of Kaesong.<br /> An inauguration ceremony will be held at 10:30am, Korea time.<br />More than 50 people from the South will attend,... including government officials, experts, and businesspeople.<br />The office will begin operating as soon as the ceremony ends.<br />It's one of the agreements reached during the April 27 inter-Korean summit,... to enhance communication and exchanges between the two Koreas, as well as reduce military tensions on the Peninsula. <br />
