49-year-old 'Friends' superstar Matthew Perry has spent the last few months in the hospital.<br />He was recovering from surgery to repair a gastrointestinal perforation.<br />He told his fans on Twitter, "Three months in a hospital bed. Check."<br />A gastrointestinal perforation occurs when a hole forms all the way from your throat to your rectum.<br />Fans are sending Perry positive thoughts as he heals. <br />
