Meanwhile over in the U.S., officials in North Carolina are warning that the worst from Storm Florence is far from over. <br /> It has already drenched the state with catastrophic flooding, cutting off the city of Wilmington.<br />Tens of thousands of homes have been damaged or destroyed and at least 15 people are said to have died. <br />Despite being weakened to a tropical depression by Sunday, Florence was forecast to drop another 13 to 25 centimeters of rain. <br />Fresh evacuations were ordered further inland as rivers crested and spilled out of their banks. <br />Florence is slowly moving west, but is expected to turn north to Ohio over the next day or two. <br />
