Screenrant reports Nicolas Cage wants the next actor to play Superman to have more vulnerability. <br /><br />Cage is such a big fan he named his kid Kal-El and nearly played the Man of Steel himself. <br /><br />But the project was cancelled before filming began in 1998.<br /><br />Rumors have been going around that Henry Cavill will no longer be playing Superman in the DCEU. <br /><br />Warner Bros. has neither confirmed nor denied that this is true. <br />
