Firefighters used an inflatable dinghy on Sunday to rescue a resident from flooding in Macau, China.<br /><br />A video showed the emergency service workers wading with the boat through feet of water with the member of the public sitting on board.<br /><br />Macau was recovering on Monday from the effects of Super Typhoon Mangkhut, as local authorities announced no fatalities in the autonomous territory from the storm.
