A huge waterspout was spotted over a river in southern China after Typhoon Mangkhut passed by.<br /><br />In the video, filmed in Foshan City in Guangdong Province today (September 17), the huge twister can be seen swirling above the town and then moving towards the river.<br /><br />Video shows a boat on the river moving at speed away from the direction of the waterspout, while another clip shows damage to a street in the city.
