<p>A man was seen acting suspiciously before a fire broke out at a cheese factory in Balmoral Ridge in the early morning hours of Monday, September 17.</p><p>CCTV shows the man loitering and attempting to evade cameras, before another angle shows him throwing a projectile and being thrown backwards as flames ignite.</p><p>Police said they wish to speak to the man seen in the footage.
