<p>Hundreds of roads in South Carolina were closed on Monday, September 17, after Hurricane Florence continued to swamp the region with flash floods.</p><p>This video shows part of highway 381 in the town of McColl, which was damaged after the neighboring McLaurins Millpond overflowed.
