<p>A strong wind ripped the roof off a shed in Dublin on September 19, as Storm Ali passed over Ireland.</p><p>The storm left more than 140,000 homes and businesses without power in the Republic of Ireland, according to the state broadcaster, RTE</a>, while about 32,000 homes were left without power in Northern Ireland, the BBC said.</a></p><p>Weather warnings were issued for Scotland and the northeast of England.
