This was the moment "Storm Ali" blew it's gusts and caused a portaloo to block tram lines in Dublin this morning (September 19) during rush hour.<br /><br />Luas workers and other members of the public are seen scrambling towards the mobile toilet to get it out of the way as traffic was starting to back up.<br /><br />The filmer said "I'll be using the facilities in Starbucks today I think Maybe a few mins late"<br /><br />He later added: "hopefully nobody still in it from Oktober Fest"
