<br /> Justin Bieber serenaded his fiancée Hailey Baldwin on the streets of London.<br />Fans caught the pop star busking at the fountain outside Buckingham Palace as Baldwin looked on.<br />Bieber sang his 2016 Major Lazer collaboration “Cold Water” as well as a cover of Tracy Chapman’s “Fast Car.”<br />According to Rolling Stone, Bieber and Baldwin got engaged in July.<br />There are conflicting reports about whether or not the two have already have gotten married. <br />
